I have a warrant out for my arrest for writing bad checks how can i handle this w/out being arrested?

My ex messed up my bank account which caused me to bounce some checks...Now there is a warrant out for my arrest.......has this ever happened to anyone....how can I handle it w/out being arrested?

get a lawyer right away, if the checks are in you name only you have to deal with that by yourself, now if both names are in the checks you can sue her for damages.

call the courts and see if you can go there to have the warrent lifted
