by guitar i mean electric guitar and the drums are just well the original ones

Well it depends on which instrument fascinates you more. What d you spend more time thinking about - smacking the snare with sticks, or slamming the strings with a pick? :-)
The one practical consideration: to be a drummer, you have to have a place to practice where you are not disturbing people. With an electric guitar at least, you can practice with headphones. Not so with a drum set (unless you have one of those electronic drum kits.) Plus - drums take up more space.

All depends. I can play both. I love the feel of the stinge beneath my fingers but the sounds of the sticks on the drums sets my heart to pound. Guitar carries a melody, but the drums has teh beat.

All stringed instruments produce sound by the vibration of stretched strings.Guitar - the solo performance of guitar makes happier as well as sad moods and it is sometimes substitutes violin the saddest instrument in the world.Drums are always in supportive roles and can never be able to take place of any strong instrument like guitar.

This is a loaded question. However, if you're passionate about music, either choice can bring a tremendous amount of joy and enrichment into your life. Go with your gut because there's a million arguments for each instrument. You can't loose when you make the decision to learn a musical instrument.

I have to say guitar because I am a guitarist.
I like the drums too, but the guitar is my first love.

That's strictly a personal preference. I prefer guitar, but not everyone feels the same. It's like comparing apples to green beans, totally different.

guitar is used more, but both instruments are extremely important! especially if your creating a musical band. both have their jobs.

drums..they are the heart of the band...and it requires lots of hand/eye coordination
