Ginger is the best treatment. It has been used in Asia for centuries for the treatment of morning sickness, among other illnesses. You want to get it as pure as possible though, so something like ginger ale wouldn't be the best option. You can make a ginger tea by peeling some ginger root(available in the produce section of your grocery store) and then letting it steep in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. Some honey or sugar can be added to make it more palatable. Asian food stores (and some health food stores) also carry a mix for ginger tea. It is a powder that you just add to hot water, much like hot cocoa. There are also ginger candies that are sold, called Gin-gins. These can also be found at most health food or Asian stores. If you don't have one near you, they can also be ordered online from the manufacturer.

Well works for some doesn't always work for others, but you could try any of the following. I had all day sickness from day 1 to the dayI delivered and the only thing that I found worked for me were those seabands. They put pressure on a part of your wrist to make it lessen up. I could not leave the house without them. Also they have Preggie Pops that I hear are good, Ginger, having saltine crackers by your bed so first thing when you open you eyes cram those in, teas, sucking on a peppermint. I hope you find something that can help you thru this and hopefully you sickness will end soon. Wish you luck. Congratulations!!

I had it bad with both of my pregnancies. I kept crackers in my car. Seems saltines were the only thing that would help. The prenatal vitamin also made me sick, so I waited until I had a full meal to take my vitamin. Good luck to you, morning sickness is like waking up to the flu everyday for two months! This will pass. Make sure you are getting lots of fluids down.

Eat small meals throughout the day so that you're never too full or too hungry.
Avoid rich, fatty foods.
Avoid foods with smells that bother you.
Eat more carbohydrates (plain baked potato, white rice, dry toast).
Eat saltine crackers and other bland foods when you feel nauseous.
Try gelatin desserts (Jell-O), flavored frozen desserts (popsicles), chicken broths, ginger ale (nondiet), sugared decaffeinated or herbal teas, and pretzels.
The iron in prenatal vitamins can bother some women. If you think your morning sickness is related to your vitamins, talk with your doctor and he or she may change your vitamins.
Also, I heard that ginger or peppermint is suppose to help. Good Luck

Ginger is one of the best. I kept ginger biscuits by the bed and had 1 or 2 before i even sat up. That's what the midwife suggested and it seemed to do the trick. Hope that helps.

Diffuse 1-2 drops of Lemon essential oil in the bedroom before getting up in the morning.

Use whenever you feel nauseous.

My wife knows the feeling well.
She says there are now some people who believe acupuncture can work, and there are people out there willing to carry out this for you.
