yes for best results use a two part epoxy that is available at most home stores just follow the directions and you can get very good results

Not really, you could try the epoxy paint thing, but I don't think you'll have acceptable results from it. There are companies that will refinish porcelin surfaces (like resurfacing an old cast iron bath tub), you might check to see what you can find along those lines.

Sure is, you can get it at the hardware store and it comes in a variety of colors. Problem is you never seem to be able to match the color exactly unless it's white.
