in order to attend college and the college admissions should just look at the transcipt and i need some supporting points to support my argument please help me and if it would be great fif you had some resources for me

Well, ask yourself how a transcript might be a better reflection of a student's ability to succeed in college. What can a transcript say about a student that a standardized test can't?
One of the points of a standardized test like the SAT is to provide a standard baseline to compare all students, no matter what background. How might this help or hinder some students?
I'm sure if you do a Yahoo! search you can find additional resources, maybe some studies to back up your claims.
