I have a 50 page A4 document, which I need to convert to an A5 document, which I need to print in an A5 format. Is there a simple way to change the whole document into a different format?

There is a fairley easy way to change the format.. i will take you through it in easy steps..

Step1: Open the desired document to print!!
Step 2: After the window is open go up to the "File" option at the task bar along the top.

Step 3: click the "File" button and scroll down the list untill you find "Page Setup" and click on it.

Step 4: A window will open, along the top there will be 3 differnt options, i want you to select the middle one called "Sourse, Size and Orientation"

Step 5: You will see about half way down the window there will be a drop down menu called "size" click on it and select "A5"

Step 6: insert the A5 paper into your printer and print away!

Thanks alot and i hope this helped you.

When you click on "print" you should see a print dialog box open up that allows you to enter the number of copies, etc. In that dialog box should be a button called Preferences. Click on it and you should be able to change how the document will print out (A5, A4, etc,)

Since Yahool decided by themselves to change my email home page, THERE IS NO "FILE" button!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had one until yesterday. This is very frustrating. They changed a lot of things for the email.
