I believe you are referring to children fathered by US servicemen serving overseas?
Yes, the US has a long history of sweeping them under the carpet. I see no move toward any kind of responsibility, especially given the current administration.

My family supports the POW/MIA Association, if that is what you mean, and we also volunteer with TAPS, the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors which helps those who have lost a loved one in active duty military service.
People do care, and there are some great organizations out there to get involved with.

Blame the liberals, they run the schools , they dumbed down the schools , they took dicipline out of society , they down play religion , they took the flag and constitution out of classrooms , they throw parents in jail for swating misbehaving children , they taxed the mother out of the home and into the job market to make ends meet .
The list goes on and on and on .
Do you want homosexuals and pedophiles teaching in schools , leading scout troops and teaching sex ed on street corners ?
Government is not the answer , good parents are .
