What??!! Get rid of the 2006 comeback player of the year!!!! No way!!! Nomar proved to be a great player this season, even played through pain, he hit some clutch homeruns down the stretch to guarantee the Dodgers a playoff spot!!! He told Little that he wanted to play, even though Grady didn't want to put him in the lineup, now that should tell the Dodgers organization somethin. If the Dodgers do let him go, there's going to be a lot of disappointed Dodger fans out there, mainly myself!!!

Nomar is a free agent at the end of the year, but he and his wife Mia Hamm, the soccer player, live in Redondo Beach and he probably would like the Dodgers, Angels or maybe Padres as he wants to stay in the LA area. The advantage to the Angels is he might DH thereby protecting his already badly bruised body and be the long sought bat to protect Guererro. Dodgers have the exclusive right to sign him for several weeks after the end of the season. His emotional preference is the Dodgers.

Nomar worries me. He's fun to watch, plays hard, has a great baseball mind but these constant injuries drive me nuts! Any team that has him has to be aware he's a walking disaster waiting to pull a muscle, fracture a pinkie, have a hamstring tear. It's as if he's cursed. He commands a big salary which the Dodgers can afford. So... keep him, give him several rest days a year, watch him like a hawk and say a little prayer.

nope.........why disrupt the chemistry of both veteran/younger players that is developing on that team.........the NL West is a crap shoot yearly as to some of the other also rans.........soooooooo leave things alone unless Nomar gets outrageous in his wish for pay.

NO they should keep him but he will probably want a lot more money, they have James Loney waiting in the wings (stud) and should move Kent to first cause he has no range at 2b anymore. So they could use the money to get another starting pitcher.

No way. He played well, he recovered from injuries the previous years and seems to fit in well with ex-Sox mates Lowe and Mueller and manager Little.

no, no team would give much for him because he is so injury prone, and if he isn't injured next season he'll be a great addition to the dodger team
