first I would tell him I was sorry for calling him a pr*ick yesterday....then I would go home and get the jammies on and pretend my new stove was hooked up and enjoy the rest of the day with daydreams of sitting in front of a fire with a very handsome man (and maybe get a project or two done:)

That's an odd question--do you really not have any idea what to do with 'spare time.' Heck--spend the rest of the day doing whatever you please. Grab your 'significant other' and spend the afternoon doing whatever he/she wants to do if you can't come if with something. Picnic, go out to eat, go out of town, visit friends and/or relatives, do yard work, catch up on sleep, etc. And the following day...work like crazy to let your boss know you appreciated the 'perk.' Have fun....get off the internet and go have a good time.

I would go home and take me a nice long nap, wake up and do some cross-stitching to get it done in time for Christmas.
