First of all F1 cars are designed to be handled only in close circuit racing domes. They cannot be controlled on roads where other cars go slower. Among the differences are, the aerodynamic play while riding which gives them lift and drag. Commercial vehicles sometimes use this but only milder version. They have open wheel design where commercial vehicles have to cover up their wheels in a chamber for safety reasons. F1 can have only one driver where us commercial and road going version can have many passengers. Steering wheels are smaller than road going ones. Controls are on steering wheels unlike commercial road going version. Engines have higher power and generate higher torque than road going versions. The dirver has to wear fire proof overalls where as in commercial vehicles it will look clumsy doing so. Finally and not the last it incoroporates aeronautical technology while designing unlike commercial ones. These are some of the visible differences. Though there are many many more like it takes lot of mechanics highly trained to operate one F1 car while the owner can maintain the commercial vehicle on a daily basis. Fuel efficiency is low in F1 car compared ot roadgoing vehicles.
