I had to get a friend of mine to do it because Norton gets deep into your computer and attaches itself to different programs. Once you have uninstalled the toolbar doesnt necessary mean it is all uninstalled, be careful.

Click on the pencil on the left in the Yahoo Toolbar.
Click "Personal Options"
Click "Add, Edit Buttons."
Uncheck it, and save.
You may have to restart the browser.
Voila!!

TRY GOING TO START BUTTON AND THEN GOTO PROGRAMS, AND GO TO SEE IF NORTONS IS THERE AND IF SO CLICK UNINSTALL AND IT SHOULD WORK. IF NOT TRY GOING STRAIGHT TO NORTONS ITSELF AND THEN RIGHT CLICK AND TRY IT THAT WAY TOO !

You will have to uninstall the toolbar.
click the pencil icon next to it then click uninstall

try click right then click at norton...i think it not difficult
