The Roe vs Wade decision was clearly law created by the Judicial branch of the government. No legislation was ever passed making abortion legal. It was made legal by the most liberal court in the history of the United States.

Justice Harry Blackmun wrote the opinion. I believe Nixon nominated him. Even if you agree with the ultimate outcome of the case, the legal reasoning (or lack thereof) is very poor.

I'm going with Nixon, Blackmun and Nixon. I will agree that the reasoning is poor and there is no Constitutional gurantee, but it is what it is. I don't believe in abortion, but I am a male, so I have no say. Luckily, I married a woman who shares my opinion. I'd rather deal with abortion than an overwhelming population that cares too little for abandoned children.

A liberal judge doing what he is not entitled to do. He made a Law!
It's best to overturn it and let a law be written by the people who are entitled
by the Constitution. Congress!
That way the new law, because one is needed, would reflect the needs of
all women who choose abortion. It's called freedom!
