To me corruption is corruption, there is no degree of it, no worst or best it is all bad. There have been many thoughout the years and I don't think you can pick one and say thats the one that is worst.

Without a doubt the most corrupt member of congress in not only recent, but all of history, is Hillary Clinton.

Ted Kennedy has to be at least near the top. While Goley's behavior was disgusting, at least the pages are still alive, which is more than can be said for Mary Jo Kopechne.

Actually convicted of a crime and still holds office. Voted worst Governer 2 times.
