For the time being, no age is a good age. The world is already overpopulated and has too many problems. Women should devote their time and energy to repairing the damage done to this planet instead of producing more voracious consumers. If a woman wants a child that badly, she can adopt one of the millions of children orphaned by war, famine, disease, etc.

28 is the prime age to end. After that the risks increase, and it may become more difficult to conceive. There could be complications or the child could end up with physical or mental problems. Of course if you have a kid at 30 it wont be the end of the world. It's just a downward slope from 28. By the time you are in your 40's and 50's....that's just wrong. lol. Adopt if you have to. I want to have my first kid around 25, because I am definately not ready for kids yet. I need time with my husband, and school first!

A good age for a female to have a baby is 24. By 24 a female will most likely be out of school, have some financial stability and should be mauture enough and responsible enough to have a baby. By 24 a female should be ready to move out of the parent's home or already moved out. I don't think a female has to be necessarily be married but with a very steady boyfriend or engaged is fine. By 24 a females body is definitely ready to handle a pregnancy. It is ridiculous when teenagers have babies, they are too young and not responsible enough. Unfortunately it seems girls are having babies younger and younger.
I am 23 years old and I think about having a baby. I will be moving out with my boyfriend in a few months and we plan on getting engaged in a year or two. We are financially stable and I would like to start trying for a baby next year. He already has a 4 year old (another example of having babies too early).

I think women are probably ready for babies at around 26 to 32. After that, you are pushing it.
I had my first baby at 38, then second at 39 and 11 months. My butt is dragging because it is really hard to keep up with two babies. Forget about having time for yourself.
At my age, I wanted these babies badly and I am quitting my job just to be there for them. My body isn't recovering quickly this time. I really wish I would have had these babies when I was 30.
I think that would have been the best time because you are really in your prime as far as physical endurance and health.

I had my daughter at 26. It was a great age for both me and my husband. We want 3 children and want to be done by the time we are 32. I want to keep the risks of syndromes down, by not having any children past the age of 35, and I want them all to be out of the house while we are still fairly young (early 50's). It's different for everyone though.

I think whenever she thinks she is ready. Sure it takes alot of responsibility to take care of a child, but all these answer say about 25. I know some 25 year olds that would not even be able to take care of a child. It depends when the mother and whoever she is with decide to get pregnant its not about age its about maturity.
