It doesn't feel good for rain to hit you on the head or other parts of the body, if it is raining hard. I live in the lightening capital of the US, and you better get out of the water whenever it starts to rain here.

You didn't say anything about lightening, but that's what's in the back of everyone's mind as lightening CAN accompany rain storms.
