There are still some old sections of brick road in Ballard as well as the downtown and Pioneer Square segments. There are a lot of old (c.1900-1920) neighborhoods still very much intact in Seattle, though, so I wouldn't be surprised to find some sections of cobblestone or brick in random places.

There is cobblestone or brick roads in a few places downtown, primarily at the Pike Place Market. Also a few small side streets in Pioneer Square, I believe. Those are the only ones I know of!
