Ryan Leaf. Chargers had a choice between him and Payton Manning. Boy was that a fateful decision. But its not the Chargers fault he was such a f--king crybaby. All he ever did was throw interceptions, get sacked and got traded to Dallas, where he did the same thing.

i would say Heath Schuler of the Redskins,he was very talented in College but when he got to the NFL he fell flat on his face
