Not understanding the interconnection of things and events.

The word is often used to discribe "A sequence of events that although accidental seems to have been planned or arranged."

Reality leads some to believe that a better discription might be "A sequence of events that although have been planned or arranged seems to accidental."

The confusion revolves around the duality of Fate/Free Will.
