my friend has been really upset and when i was talking to him he was talking about sucide and its really scaring me what should i do????

sit down and talk to him...tell him theres so much to live for and start telling him all the good things going on in his life. Tell him suicide wouldn't solve anything..it would only hurt the people he loves and cares about. Tell him all the people would be so hurt and upset if he would do something like that. Ask him if he wants you to go get help with him...and tell him you could be his supporter. Nothing can ever be THAT bad to take your own life. I know theres a lot of bad things that happen to good people...but just have faith...God will always help!!

Take it from me as a past experience....GET HIM SOME HELP, NOW. Suicide is much more wide spread now than it use to be. Especially when it involves teenagers. His parents need to know and the school counselor, if you have one at your school. They will be able to lead and hopefully guide your friend as to what the next step should be.

Give him emotional support.
Cheer the poor guy up.
Let him know you are out there for him.
Try to find out what his problem is and try to sort that out.
I know thats a lotta work,but it sure is worth a shot

invite him over or go to somewhere where you can talk about whats upsetting him. Convince him that he should not be upset anymore and have to go on living his life.

GEt HIm`HELP ASAP!!Guys are much more serious than girls and they usually are more successful at it - unfortunately- if he won't go for help- get him help- call the police and they will get him help!! nothing to fool with- if he is serious he may get mad at you- but he will get over it!! take care D

get him help. my ex bf comitted suicide and now i feel guilt for not taking him seriously
