It depends on what you want to spend. If you don't care about what you get (i.e. you want to spend as little money as possible), you could try to find an engine at a junkyard locally. If you're not as concerned about money, get a rebuilt or remanufactured engine. Remanufactured engines usually come with a warranty from the company that did the remanufacture.

Let the buyer beware...junkyard engines can be unreliable. Go to a reputable salvage yard; they will usually give you a DOA warranty. If the engine doesn't run after a PROFESSIONAL mechanic installs it, they'll take it back.

I never heard of a conational, so I have no suggestions, except a junk yard.

go here and be perpared to spend a wad of cash for new or buy used and take your chances that you didn't get a block with a crack in it
