I've taken naproxen. And in the past i have tried just about every pain medicine I can think of. I also try to drink lots of water and do some exercise, but i still get bad cramps.

bad cramps are not "normal".
do a little research the endometriosis assn is a good start. several conditions can cause this and the faster you get the treatment the better.
gynecological surgeons with endo experience are the best.
new laproscopic procedures three little holes one through the belly button is all the scar. a few days down Fri surgery can be back to work Monday..and a few weeks of no extreme excercise and whee..
no more pain
theres also non surgical remedy for fibroids now,
several conditions can cause this but let the experts figure it out.

OYE.. me too! The only thing that has EVER worked for me is Vicoprofin. Go to your gyno and ask about it. Its THE BEST... Its a narcotic so he/she might be hesitant to prescribe it for you, but it really does work with NO side effects. Also just to combat the other commonly MISINFORMED people... The extreme ammts of cramping you may have are probably normal for YOU. Its all based on genetics... My mom use to get bad cramps... So I get bad cramps.. It doesnt necessarily mean anything else is wrong with you. I just wanted to comment on that because others have posted that something is wrong with you... and that just isnt true all of the time.
