you dont go to jail for vandalism...you get a fine

Depends on the value or the damage, like the person above said was it a federal building? You can goto Jail for busting up mail bozes. Vandalism is DUMB! How would you like someone to spray paint "RAY F****D ME" on your car:? HUH? Sucks right?

Our legal system will probabkly give them probation and a birthday present though

Depends on the amount of damage they did plus their past criminal activities and if the judge is pissed or if they were nasty to the officer.

depends what they vandalize. say it was a post office... then its a fed. crime and sentence will be longer.
