If you are worried about it, call your doctor..
..but I can tell you from my own personal experience, ever since about 28 weeks, my little girl hasn't moved much. I've had 2 ultrasounds since then and she is fine. I dont get 10 movements in an hour, its more like 10 movements a DAY. I am now 36 weeks along and as long as I DO feel her move a least once in the morning, once around lunch, and a few times before and after dinner then I know I am okay. You may just have a lazy baby. Good luck.
Also wanted to note that I have an anterior placenta... so instead of my placenta being where it should be (more towards my back), it is on the other side of my stomach, which blocks a lot of the movement feeling.

I say contact your doctor just in case. Before you do lie on your right side and count how many times you feel the baby move because they re going to tell you to do the same this. Also I found that as you get further into your pregnancy and the baby grows there is less room for your baby to move around and maybe that is why you don't feel much movement but do not just assume that this is the case, call your doctor and talk to him or her.

A little trick I did when I was pregnant and I wasn't feeling movement. I either ate some Fruity Pebbles or drank a glass of Grape soda (usually something sweet) and waited a half hour. Usually got the baby to kicking. If that doesn't work, go to the doctor. When was the last time you ate and not nibbled or snacked. Good luck!

You need to call the doctor and follow his or her instructions. It may be that if you eat a little sugar or drink a little (LITTLE) caffeine that will perk your baby up. Any time you feel something may be wrong, you need to call your doctor, though. Your intuition is the most likely to be correct about what is going on with your baby, and calling the doctor won't hurt anything.
