I LIVE IN OREGON WHERE IT IS, BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE A BURN PERMIT,ALSO IT DEPENDS ON HOW DRY IT IS, BUT OREGON IS PRETTY WET SO YOU CAN BURN PRETTY MUCH ALL THE TIME ECEPT DURING SUMMER MONTHS

In Alabama there is a no burn out since Katrina, but people still burn.
