You just need a computer with a floppy drive and a CD-RW drive. Just drag the files from the floppy to the CD-RW and burn them onto a CD. You can do this with Windows XP - you don't need any special software.
If you don't want to do it yourself, I'm sure that any computer store would be willing to help you with it.

You can do it yourself.Just copy from a: to d: or what ever the name you have on the cd burner.

Any photo store should be able do to this for you. Staples or Officemax would probably do it too.

I'm sure they have a walgreens or cvs. Go there, they do everything.
