the reason i ask this question is because although saddam hussein is a vicious dictator, but we have to ask ourselves this important question, would he of reached to the point of murdering thousands of people if it wearnt for western/soviect countries who recongised as a legitimate government and supplied him masses of weapons to do his dartdly deeds. After all in england if a sold a gun to a child that went on a murder spree, I'm pretty sure I would be found guilt of accessory to murder / manslaughter

WOW --- What a can of worms, Lots of filthy getting richer arm suppliers will laugh at this.I would say we pass them on the streets in every country every day.

You can't try a country for murder. An entire country cannot be put on trial.

YES!!!!! Take responsibility. The USA should be tried along with Augusto Pinochet for overthrowing the democratically elected government and putting a military dictator in its place.
