Who cares what some publisher thinks? Use your own mind and read the ballot measures and candidates statements. Anyone who merely votes the way the media or government suggests is a mindless automaton

it tells you on your ballot somewhere when it has to be submitted. do not depend on someone else to tell you when to vote. if you do not know, call the league of women's voters, or someone. they can give you answers to almost anything on your ballot. they are there to help.
i am in california and it tells us the date and time it must be turned in. here we can mail it, drop it off at the elections department, or at t your local polling place. mine is by 8 pm on election day (if i dont mail it) right on the envelope flap. it also tells me not do mail it after nov 3 as it will not get there in time.
good luck and dont use your non advice not to vote. its not their job to find out when to vote, its yours!

~If you are so dense and uninformed as to have to rely on a newspaper to decide on your vote, do everyone a favor and tear up the ballot. You don't deserve to cast it.

For the good of the country, for the good of your county and city, and for you to be able to lay your head on a cool pillow and dream peacefully with no guilt or feeling that you are irresponsible please don't vote.
