I need a good basic plumping gloss, but i one that's under $10 and that i could buy at a drugstore. does anyone know of a good one?

Max Factor and Sally Hansen both make a great one for under $10.00. I really like the Max Factor Lip Plump.

If you want to go for under $10 then you can try the "Wet and Wild" plumping gloss - I think it's only $5 - so you'll be $5 ahead of the game!
The best all around plumper is Too Faced lip injection. It's about $20 - but it works very very well.

Wet & wild is very good. I used to get it all the time. I love my lips to be glossy/have a nice shine. Lately, i've been using a pretty pink and pretty peach or clear color glosses from my local beauty supply store. They are rich, somewhat thick, beautiful lip lacquers. and they have actually lasted a long time. I have like 4-6 glosses in my purse (yes I am a Gloss Addict), but these have become my favorites lately.

I like nipple nibblers from the passion line. It brings a tingle effect to your lips, (kind of like the tanning lotion that tingles) and plumps them up. You can get a set of 4 flavors for $15, not sure if you can buy the small sizes individually. You would have to ask a passion sales rep.

A good one no, bout around 15-19$ you can get one with perminate results too-faced lip injection will make them plump and have perminate results

Yes, Too Faced makes the best one, no doubt! It stings like hell but really works. I've never tried any of the cheaper ones but can highly recommend Too Faced. Get it at sephora.com.

elf is the best,( and i've tried too faced lip injection $23) you can buy it online at eyeslipsface.com, and some targets carry elf. and every product is only $1.

loreal has an undescribable lip gloss its $7.99 and does wonders you can also buy the lip liner for $1.99.
