According to an article that came out yesterday it does not include illegal immigrants. The reason being that you can't really count it. In fact it said that in 1967 President Johnson made a huge hooplah out of the 200 million mark. But since they are not sure WHEN we hit 300 million because of immigrants and the logistics of keeping an accurate count of 300 million people.

The article also mentions that the issues surrounding illegal immigrants from a political standpoint has been one of the reasons why the census bereau has not made a huge deal out of this.

Q: What is even more funny is how many voters out of 300 million actually vote in the Presidential elections?

no it doesnt. it is estimated that our 300 million was actually probably a mexican crossing the border a few months ago.

Nope, cause if the kids were born here (most likely, they come here to have their kids) then the kids are legal US citizens.
