Just dial 001800, as it is a free phone number but you will have to pay to get your call to the United States. You can call a US free phone number from outside the US.

If you're calling from the UK you just need to dial 00 and then the number.
So you would dial 00 1 800 and the rest of the number.

If calling from the UK, prefix the entire number with 00

If you are in the USA just call it

I HAVE A TOLL FREE SERVICE , ANY AREA CAN CALL A TOLL FREE NUMBER IF IT'S SERVICEABLE ..IF IT'S NOT SERVICEABLE THEN YOU HAVE TO FIND OTHER WAYS TO CALL
THERE CAN BE A BLOCK , IS THE REASON YOU CANT CALL A TOLL FREE NUMBER TOO!!!
