My doctor almost did not give me another blood work sheet because she said it was not possible that the blood work would be wrong!!

Yes it's completely possible. There are women who's levels are naturally low and it takes longer to detect a pregnancy. If your doctor said that than she's either never encountered that scenario or she's not the one you should be seeing. Sometimes it's hard for doctors to believe that their testing could be wrong....but it does happen. If your test came out positive, congrats you are most likely pregnant. Let us know how the test turns out from the dr.

You need to get another doctor. It is possible that when you had the first round of tests, that the hormone level in your blood was not high enough to show a positive result.
Congrats and good luck!

You could have been a little off on your period dates. Some women don't have high enough hcg levels at the time of conception. Blood work, while rare, has been known to be wrong.

yes it is possible for the blood work to be wrong. Its very very rare, but it does happen to some women. They miscalculate their last period, or they ovulated at a weird time, or their bodies just didnt produce enough of the human growth hormone to be detectable.

Congrats!

Sounds like you're pregnant. You might just have had low hCG levels (the hormone that they test to see if you're pregnant). That could mean you got pregnant later than you thought or it could be a bad sign. Follow up with your Dr., it sounds like everything is fine. Congrats!

Don't stress yourself out... that's prob. why you are missing your period.... some people can fool themselves into comeing up a false positive... you're so positive mentally that your body starts to think it is when it truly is not. Just relax... get it off of your mind and I bet you'll get your period.
