I don't have faith in it at all. I had a friend that was murdered execution style and the guy that murdered him only got a few months in prison because he was on heroin when he murdered my friend. Where is the sense in that?

No, I have a ex-nephew who has committed many crimes including escaping from jail he gets sentences of years and years but only ever serves months, it's just crazy.

No your convicted before you can defend yourself or murders get only ten years sometimes and fraud or embezzlment get life does that make since not to me.
