i think its crazy most of the women who do are self absorbed or insecure and are doing it to please men why else i ask?? the young women doing it i don't think realize it is or could be a life time commitment the implants don't last forever i think it is kind of a fad thing that may wear thin eventually like the ash-which starved look as being attractive .. i have big boobs naturally and they can be a pain in the butt fitting shirts and bras right they get in the way at times and men talk to them before they talk to me ya know its stupid i agree

What a dumb question! Normally it's a tremendous improvement over what they had before. The intelligent women are able to see that and go for it. Nothing better than a smart, sexy woman.

When something is available, each person has the right to make a choice. Plastic surgery is here to stay and some people will always be unhappy with some part of their body. It's a free country.

I don't know if any of you that have answered this question have kids...but before my kids I thought I'd never have any plastic surgery...but after breastfeeding two kids I have seriously considered a lift or small implants...I'm not vain but would like to feel better about my boobs and not have to worry about them flopping out of my bra :)

For some women, vanity wins over health. They'd risk their health just to look good, especially with all those things the media bombards us about how women should look like.

Personally, I would never do it, but I don't need to. I wouldn't mind having a reduction, though.
