What do you think of people leaving this country to make big money in Iraq?

My husband was offered an electrical worker's job over there. The money would have been awesome. But there was no way I was letting him go. What good would it have done us if he ended up kidnapped and beheaded? None, because that money has to be earned. They don't give it to you if you are DEAD.

And believe me, he wouldn't have been over there mocking anything. He would have been working, then coming home when the contract was up.

However, I don't think that Cheney's company should be over there charging a fortune in tax payer cash to build anything. Let them build it up themselves.

I don't think they are leaving to mock our way of life. They are leaving because they need money. And it you don't think it's a combat zone or they don't deserve what they are paid, try doing one of their jobs for a couple of weeks.

the big money so you say. is not worth losing your life. my husband was in the marine corp and was offered a outside job in iraq he would be making 120,000 a year and he turned it done. those who do it are crazy
