Take the job while you can. However, I wouldn't put off too long for education and CPA neither. A real world job will always enhance your learning and help you study for the CPA exam, assuming the job is in a related field.

Try taking evening and weekend classes if you can. Without CPA accreditation you wouldn't be able to advance much in your field. So be persistent with your pursuit.

Best wishes.

many schools offer night or weekend accounting courses & even online
You should try to do both the job and the courses at night or weekends.
If the job is accounting related it will help with the essays on the exam and possibly the mult choice.
When i graduated I had all the course requirements but no experience. so i couldnt easily find a job.
I eventually passed the exam but now that I'm older and the experience I had sucks its still hard to find a good job.

Take the exam. Money might be short now but the offer will be better if you pass. Check with the job they might assist with your studies and help you pass.
