My baby has been moving a lot, its so exciting and the doctor told me it was good but I always worry about everything and think he might be unconfortable or something is wrong. What does it mean that he's moving a lot?

For the person that said I need something to worth to worry about there is nothing more important in the universe to me than my baby and it deserves all my worry and attention! I didnt ask this question yesterday its my first time asking it and I will ask one million times if I wanted to because there are good people here that always give me good advises, Im glad I worry about my baby and will ALWAYS

The person who told you not to worry is an idiot! Your baby is different from everyone Else's baby.
It is a very healthy sign that your baby moves a lot. But if you want to be sure then ask your doctor. I believe they said if your baby moves less than 6 times a day then you need to worry.
But it sounds like you might have a football player on your hands, Congratulations on your healthy baby boy!

A active baby is a happy baby.I am 35 weeks and i tell you my son runs inside of me;I wouldnt worry unless i didnt feel movement but if this is your first baby then i understand.I would say it may be something you are eating or drinking that the baby really likes thats why he is going bonkers. If i eat ice cream my son wiggles and jumps for hours. If you are really worried give your ob a ring.I think its more you are excited than worried and this is a exciting time. Take everyday as its your last and really enjoy being pregnant before you know it your bundle will be out and you will be missing feeling him move inside of you//

Dont worry honey that means your baby is healthy, You did good by asking your doctor and if he told you the baby is fine there is nothing to worry about. I know how you feel and this is just the beginning you will worry about your little one forever but that only shows you will be a good mom. Enjoy those kicks from baby they will be memories you can share with him later in life. Congratulations and good luck

It's a good thing... my daughter was a shaker and mover also. You should be concerned if the baby doesn't move for a few hours or even a whole day but not if your baby loves to dance ;0) Congrats ;0)

The baby is awake and exercising those new little muscles. Some people have babies that get uncomfortable in certain positions, but from the way they describe it the baby really, really pushes against whatever makes them uncomfortable...and mom is really aware of what is happening. My baby rearranges every time I dramatically change positions, but I don't think he is mad. I think he is just getting resettled.

It's normal .
There is nothing wrong with that .
I know how you feel , yes sometimes it feels uncomfortable .
I had 4 children , but not all of them moved around that much .
I only had one that was really moving around .
It's just an active baby , that's all.

Don't worry! It's better than not moving at all. I thought it was the greatest thing in the world when my child moved. So many emotions ran through my mind when she did, it was one of the best feeling in my life! Good luck sweetie! =)

If the baby is moving alot he is fine. You should be worried if he doesn't move or moves very little.

It means that your baby is active, which is a good thing. It's perfectly normal for them to move around when they are awake. (Yes, babies do sleep when they're in the womb)
