If I was to go to a department store and try on alot of skirts dresses and high heels and tell the store clecks that I lost a bet and I'm trying to find my halloween costume. Do you think that they would believe me. I would have a pair of pantyhose on under my jeans the hole time at the store.

Well the point of the store clerks is to satisfy the customer so if you want to try on all those clothes to see if they fit and how they look on you then go for it.A store's motto is "the customer is always right!" So don't be embarassed! I'm not sure what you mean by the pantyhose part but if you mean you want to steal a pair I highly suggest you NOT to do that.You'll probably get busted or you'll feel guilty.It's wrong don't do it.

I think they would believe you, but most wouldn't care if you were trying on women's clothes because you wanted to. Just remember, in the better department stores like Macy's, the clerks get commission on their sales. If you are just goofing off, you may want to let the clerks know you aren't going to buy, so they can work with customers that are buying.
