okay so I did not explain it very well, thanks for the comments, what I mean is the stream of pee is kind of flat and it twists 90 degrees but still goes down in a straight line

The opening (Meatus) that the pee comes out of is flat, so the stream of pee needs to spread out.

I think, your penis is slightly bend to one side when it is fully
erected and when you pee, the urine shoots out tend to stray
off and turn to an angle and land off its mark - on the floor
instead of into the urinary bowl!

the urethra sort of works like the barrel of a gun. when if fires, it tends to cause the projectile to rotate. thus a bullet fired form a gun and urine shooting out of a penis both rotate or twist on their path to their target.
