I am not on my work computer now I can't get account up. they are saying it does not exist. I need to get into it .

I was able to get back on my home computer. but now my email does not exist. this my main email

Sounds like someone hijacked your account and deleted it. If that's what happened, it's lost for good.
Never give your password out to anyone! Use long, complex passwords that are impossible to guess. Change your passwords periodically.

Probably there is an IP conflict over the network. If you want to work stand alone then take out the network cable from the computer else talk to your ISP.
