I hold him close and stroke his hair until he calms down and then try to talk with him about it until he cheers up. After a scene like that, I usually go out of my way to wait on him hand and foot. It's a rare occurance and if it happens, he's in need of some TLC.

I've never made my man cry...he's cried due to something going on that's out of my control, and that's always hard. I feel helpless and like I want to do something to help, but I know I can't. It makes me want to cry as well...
