is alienware a good computer to play games on and for the internet or should i just go with dell or HP

Alienware is good for serious gaming, but they are expensive. Dell also makes good gaming computers, not quite as high end as Alienware but still good and not as expensive. HP is a bit overpriced and not really well suited to the gamer. By the way, replacing parts for an Alienware is just as easy as for a Dell, its not like they use some weird type of parts (like MACs). Lastly, whenever anyone tells you Alienware is awesome and Dells suck, be sure to remind them that Dell owns Alienware.

LISTEN TO me please alienware is BAD 25% OF THE Price is just for the brand name and alienware PUTS EVERYTHING close together in its laptops and their laptops use only fans to cool themselves... And due to most alienware laptops having thick undersides a cooling system will do little for them. If ya game on it for awhile then it WILL overheat and it will fry the graphics card and its CPU they are good for gaming but are overpriced and are built badly! Dell builds things badly but put very good quality stuff inside of them the processor and the graphic cards are placed near the bottom of the laptop near the battery.. Heat goes to the bottom first and then is blown out of the fan and the new air is sucked in from intake vents but alienware laptops have small intakes...... So yeah not worth it i have a alienware 15 and i cracked it open and put a liquid cooling system in it you can get em for like 25-60$

If you have the cash and don't want to build it yourself, then go with Alienware for gaming. They are very solid systems out of the box. If you are at all serious about gaming and quality, I would stay away from Dell and HP.
You might also look and see what ABS has to offer, they put together some decent systems.

Alienware is DA BOMB! BUT, they are very expensive and hard to get parts for and repaired. Read the reviews on this link.....
