If you know the rough area where she may be, try the electoral roll as she is old enough to vote.
Was she adopted? You may be able to have some access to records of her adoption at Social Services.
Is she a missing person? Try contacting National Missing Persons Helpline who can assist with ideas on how to trace her.
Or you could try with the Salvation Army who can help with tracing missing people.
Or perhaps an advert in the local press for knowledge of her whereabouts? Or try a detective who may know of a different way to find her.

A private investigator will find her. Do you live in the U.S.? With the name and the birth date, you should be able to spend about $1000-$3000 to get some information on her. I hope you find her!

okay, go to your nearest walmart and look at the 1-800 # ON THOSE MISSING people NUMBERS- POST UP A PICTURE OF YOUR GIRL- THE MANAGER WILL NOT MIND- AND THEN CALL THAT NUMBER! it really will help you- they dont just put up pictures- they do ss searches, shelters, and even have a pretty extensive pull on several very large groups who may have heard of her depending on the types of groups she hangs out with :)

did she run away? go missin? or just choose to loose contact? try talking to people in the area she grew up some one might know if not try the internet and public records
