John Cena is at the top of his game but for best wrestler in the history of the WWE it would have to be The legend The Phenom The Undertaker who is 14-0 at wrestlmania and yet to be defeated

Bret 'Hitman' Hart and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Who can forget the moment of Hart locking Stone Cold in the Sharpshooter and Austin refusing to give up? And who can forget the moment when Austin went on to eliminate Hitman at the Royal Rumble 1997? Austin eliminated Bret from behind to win the Royal Rumble.

It's to subjective to say. Everyone has their favourites for whatever reason, personality, wrestling skill, character, style of wrestling... whatever.
I've always enjoyed Bret Hart matches from '91-'94
Shawn Michaels matches, from '95-98
and Triple H matches from 2000-2002.
But to answer your question the feud between Shawn Michaels and Triple H in 2002 (Summer Slam, Survivor Series and Armageddon) and then when their feud resumed over a year later in 2004 (Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania 20, Backlash Bad Blood and Taboo Tuesday) established them as the two best in my eyes.
It's so hard to say because Shawn is the better high-flyer/wrestler but Triple H is the better Bodybuilder/wrestler so their styles are different. But as a bodybuilder myself... maybe... Triple H... maybe... but not by much over HBK. Not by much at all...
