I feel a little ashamed to admit it, but ever since I fell in love with Taylor when I was 10, they've had a bit of a soft spot in my heart...lol

Heck I'm 32 and I have the CD. I still periodically sing MMM Bop.

I don't think that is the only soft spot Hanson has to worry about. How about the crippling cocaine addiction, the hookers, the endless psycho-analyzing and the endless ridicule of child stardom. But Mmmm bop was a catchy song...whoever wrote it for them was pretty talented.

It's a shame they'll forever be remembered for "Mmmbop", because they're really very talented. I love a couple of songs from their last album "Penny and Me" and "Lost Without You". They were writing with people like the legendary Carole King, and Ric Ocasek of The Cars was producing some of their songs, so they can't be THAT bad.

Are you talking about the Hanson brothers? They're alright; especially with "Mmmmmmmmpop".

Some users responded as if the Hansons were girls...that is weird.

Yep - I'm one...I even got their followup CD to "Middle of Nowhere", titled "This Time Around". It's actually pretty good. (And yes, I still listen to their CD's every once in awhile...)
