For more then THIRTY YEARS there was one constant in Death. Bucky. But now that Bucky is back (AKA Winter Soldier) nothing in dealing with Death is sacred.

It wouldn't surprise me. Remember Ozymandias...? not the Watchmen villain. The poem. " 'Look on my Works, ye mighty, and despair!' around the trunkless legs the level sands stretch far and wide. " Stan Lee seems fairly egotistical and might just do that, take the attitude, "The end of my life is the end of the world", and make it so for everybody else, or as many people as he could.

I don't think Stan has any creative rights left on the characters he created. And even if he did why would he want to kill them off?

he dosnt write the comics anymore only everyonce in a while he writes a special so the answer is no
