ok say im sending an email to my boss and she needs to edit some stuff (im dealing with Access) What do i send her a form,query,snashot,report,or Data Acess Page?

You would mail the whole Access Database......
A form is linked to a table, so u need to send the table and the form together. query and report is used for output. if u send the whole database, its easier to modify and view files.

You would use a Data Access page. This is a web page that is connected to the database, and the only information available to a user that you send the page to is what is available on the page.

This allows for collaberation without exposing anymore of tha database than you really want.

If I am understanding correctly, I believe you would just attach the Access file for editing.
