I do, from time to time, when I think an answer is brilliant or funny, or if I find it horrible. I don't use the thumbs down as much as the thumbs up because I do not feel the need to do that just because I disagree with someone.

No. Sometimes I rate it just because I liked the question, but do not have a desire to answer it. But I typically give thumbs up. I like to give the thumbs up 'cause I think it's makes people smile.

Yes, ever since I've had the power of THUMBS UP,THUMBS DOWN I use it ALL the time....it's not like you ever run out of it.
