Well, I've read a few romance novels and key to writing smut is to conceal the true meaning behind less offensive terms. Try 'climaxed,' 'peaked,' 'shattered,' etc, etc. A good thesaurus might help :) Or, if you're not concered about censoring, let loose with the graphic detail and give readers a thrill!

The trick to writing such intimate scenes is to make subtle references and hints at what is happening so that the reader can use their imagination and conjure up the feelings and intense emotional quality of the situation. That is unless you are writing a pronographic novel in which case you can be as OTT blatant as you like.

Depends on your audience and the age group thereof. I'd describe the intense feeling, her emotions, and use a lot of symbolism.

You should either write well from your own experience, or not write about it at all because your inexperience would show through. Anything in between would be plastic...not real.
