Eat cleaner foods like fresh vegetables, grilled chicken, steak, or tuna. Eating cleaner will help with the gas because those boxed dinners contain alot fillers and added crap to keep them from going bad. When I was in the Army and eating MRE's kept me from sh tting and made gas awful. Once I was able to eat good clean food again the problem ceased.

Are you increasing the sugar in your diet?

you could have an allergy to a certain food. I get that way with soy, onions and sugary foods.

If you have an antihistime, take it and see if the symptoms decrease. If it does you have an allergy of somesort.

Anti gas pills work too
