what is echinacea-goldenseal supplement?

It supposedly causes any toxins or drugs to get out of your body asap. I've heard of people taking it for a week before a drug test and testing negative. Its all lies. My husband is a cop, that stuff doesnt work. I know ways that do, but that isnt one of them.
